Diversify and conquer
In globalisation, businesses all over the world aims to work at efficient levels- that is to be fast, productive efficient and allocative efficient in order to generate more profits.
Thus for Fish & Co., they have integrated their business concept similar to MacDonald's or KFC's fast food concept-Fish & Co. Express. They have come up with cheaper fast-food versions of their signature cuisine. Others, like Donut Factory, have gone a step further to expand into the fusion-cafe business.

Fish & Co. recently opened its fast-food restaurant, Fish & Co. Express, at Downtown East in Pasir Ris, offering seafood and burger meals at $5.95.
In comparison, a set lunch at Fish & Co. restaurants starts from $12.
